You want to know how to throw Fortnite grenades, right? Fortnite’s weekly challenges are back, and they’re better than ever before. One or two of these tasks may present a riddle or force you to think creatively, despite the fact that the vast majority of them are straightforward.
This week’s Fortnite challenges include a task that requires you to throw grenades, which some players may find difficult to do. It’s nebulous and could confuse you while trying to get through everything as quickly as possible. Here’s how to throw an item in Fortnite if you get stuck.
Functionality
The player can throw grenades with the supplied arc. The grenade has a three-second countdown that begins once thrown. The grenade will explode after three seconds and cause damage in a small area where it stopped traveling or exploded.
The detonation of one grenade will not trigger the premature detonation of any others nearby, and grenades cannot be “cooked” by holding on to them for an extended period before being thrown. Throwing a grenade into water will have no effect until it explodes.
Different Types of Grenades Present in Fortnite
1. Grenade
The ability to throw it and cause harm to people or buildings. A player will destroy anyone or anything inside the blast’s immediate vicinity. A player can equip a maximum of six of these at once.
2. Chiller Grenade
Throwing this at an opponent will freeze their feet, allowing them to slide further and faster. The player will begin to drift inexorably in the direction of the blast. One can use this item to make players slide by throwing it at their feet. A player can change the direction of their slide by throwing this object so that it lands in the opposite direction from which they would like to travel. This grenade is completely ineffective. A player can equip stacks of six of these items at once.
3. Smoke Grenade
When hurled, it creates a smoke screen that lasts for 20 seconds. As a result, this grenade will not affect players who are immune to heat. There is no impact from this grenade. A player can equip only ten of these items at once.
5. Purple Paint Grenade
There is a purple paint that, if thrown at a player or vehicle, will temporarily alter its color. This grenade is completely ineffective. A player can equip a maximum of 15 of them at once.
6. Orange Paint Grenade
An orange paint that, if thrown upon a player or vehicle, will temporarily alter their appearance for five seconds. This grenade is completely ineffective. The maximum number of items a player can equip at once is fifteen.
7. Impulse Grenade
After a little pause, throwing it at a player’s feet will knock them back. Throwing this object at one’s feet allows the user to leap away from danger for a brief distance. A player can influence the direction of their jump by throwing this item in the opposite direction from where they plan to launch. This grenade is completely ineffective. You can equip a maximum of six of these at once.
8. Shockwave Grenade
Similarly to the Impulse Grenade, you can throw it at a player’s feet to knock them back after a delay, but for a greater distance. You can also throw this object at the player’s feet to initiate a long jump out of harm’s path. If a player wants to direct their jump in a different direction, they can throw this item in the opposite direction of their intended launch. This grenade is completely ineffective. You can equip stacks of six of these items at once.
