Hello Summoners! We’re here to introduce you to the 11.8 Tier List Analysis. We’ll discuss the current meta based on the new Patch, and suggest the best picks for solo queue. The new Patch 11.8 reduced effectiveness for some junglers that were abusing support items, reduced scalability on other champions, and most importantly NOW WE HAVE A NEW ARMADILLO! Rammus got update and now can jump onto opponents. Let’s see how the game will be played!

SenpAI Tier List 11.8

Top Lane:

S Tier list: Garen, Urgot, Nasus, Wukong, Cho’Gath, Mordekaiser, Malphite, Darius.

A Tier list: Yorick, Teemo, Shen, Gnar, Jax, Fiora, Riven, Sett.

B Tier list: Tryndamere, Illaoi, Camille, Aatrox, Renekton, Irelia, Gwen.

Patch 11.8 Tier List Analysis:

He’s a lategame monster and should be played focusing a lot on farming. Very weak in the laning phase, most matches abuse him, mainly the ranged ones. If you want to improve as Nasus be mindful of his scaling and don’t give up farming and experience, learn to control the lane in your favor and farm safe.

A great pick overall. You should build accordingly to your opponents, focusing those who can escape your chase. His laning phase isn’t easy depending on the match up, but remember he excels at splitpushing late-game, so any advantage in the lane is a win no matter what. If you want to get better at him try to control his walkers and hit the cage.

He’s a very simple champion, that still can carry you to the top leagues since he’s easy to learn. It isn’t a very flexible pick and lacks CC that your team might need. The King offers tons of damage for a very good split push. Late game you’ll want to push the opposite lane that’s near the next objective, keep the map warded and push when the enemy is pushing your teammates, and retreat when the enemy comes for you, this way you’ll win.

S Tier list: Diana, Dr. Mundo, Volibear, Hecarim, Master Yi, Rammus, Shaco.

A Tier list: Amumu, Nocturne, Xin Zhao, Warwick, Viego, Kha’Zix, Kayn.

B Tier list: Fiddlesticks, Udyr, Evellyn, Gragas, Lee Sin, Olaf, Rengar.

Patch 11.8 Tier List Analysis:

With her crazy speed to clear camps, Diana is a very recommended pick for SoloQ. She excels at getting stronger fast, and finding opportunities to provide advantage for her team. If you want to improve as Diana, study map rotations and keep track of the enemy jungler at all times.

This cute armadillo is a nightmare for champions that don’t have any type of dash. With his insane movespeed (And the newly added jump) he can get in and out of difficult situations. Focus the enemies that deal a lot of physical damage to get the most out of his W and E. To get better at him you should learn map awareness and frequently check your teammates status in lane, so you only leave the jungle to get a guaranteed kill.

Viego has an endless potential when comparing to every other champion inside the game. This phantom is a tricky one to master, but he’s incredible if you have good mastery with a lot of champions. To extract the most out of him try to best utilize his passive and finish first the opponent that you know it’ll be good to win the fight.

Mid Lane:

S Tier list: Vladimir, Yasuo, Veigar, Katarina, Yone, Zed.

A Tier list: Marlzahar, Annie, Galio, Fizz, Ekko, Akali.

B Tier list: Anivia, Ahri, Kassadin, Talon, LeBlanc, Sylas.

Patch 11.8 Tier List Analysis:

He’s a burst mage, but depending on the build path you can become a little tankier. Not very mobile, however has a great wave clear, that’s what makes him a great pick for mid lane, you can shove the wave under the enemy tower to harass and get more AP. To get better at him you need to learn about the match-ups and when to be careful because he doesn’t have a escaping mechanism.

A great champion overall, can deliver the necessary damage for the team with a few items. His CC can shut down the strongest opponent, and lastly with his kit is easier to take risks. To master Malzahar you should understand how his Voidlings work and add them into your combo effectively, because it can create a huge difference in the damage output.

His early game from 1 to 6 is the hardest to go through on most match-ups, don’t play aggressively until you have your Ult. With the growing potential of Kassadin, all you have to do is sit and farm, and let your team know of this fact. As you reach level 16 the game is over because Kassadin becomes probably the best champion in the game. To get better at him you’ll need to learn farming and to manage the mana for his Ult that starts to accumulate.

AD Carry:

S Tier list: Jinx, Jhin, Tristana, Vayne, Kai’sa.

A Tier list: Sivir, Samira, Miss Fortune, Ashe, Caitlyn.

B Tier list: Varus, Twitch, Draven, Lucian, Ezreal.

Patch 11.8 Tier List Analysis:

She’s still very strong and should be considered the queen of the bot lane. As a very mobile Carry/Assassin the biggest issue is positioning, farm as much as possible because this is the key to winning games. To get better at Kai’sa watch some VODs and train farming.

This little yordle girl is a beast the longer the game goes, so try to stall the early/mid game. Her passive is one of the strongest in the game since range isn’t something anyone can buy, and her W resets, when killing an opponent, are deadly. With her jump, long range and having a knock back, it’s hard to get her if she excels at positioning, so you know what to focus to be a better Tristana player.

The crazy girl of Zaun, she’s weak early but grow as a monster, with Items adaptation she’s a solid and safe pick. If you want to be a good Jinx, try to master the distance on her attacks, as she has a good kit for pokes and resets that destroys late game champions. To get the most out of her you have to time your E’s in between the opponent to disrupt enemy position and attack from a safe place.

S Tier list: Swain, Morgana, Brand, Leona, Lux, Senna, Thresh.

A Tier list: Zyra, Vel’Koz, Nautilus, Blitzcrank, Alistar, Seraphine, Lulu.

B Tier list: Soraka, Rell, Pyke, Yuumi, Pantheon, Karma.

Patch 11.8 Tier List Analysis:

For SoloQ sometimes your adcarry isn’t the kind of dealing the necessary damage, and if that’s the case, Leona can be a little hard to play. The solution is to play with a good duo that can follow your CC lock and literally melt the HP of enemies. Getting better as Leona relies on your perception of the best target to lock and remove from the fight.

For SoloQ, sometimes your team isn’t the kind of dealing the necessary damage, and if that’s the case, Soraka shouldn’t be your choice. Soraka is excellent for teams that deals a lot of damage so she can sustain everybody with tons of heals. Getting better as Soraka relies on your perception of who’s the teammate you must keep alive at all costs.

One of the first champions in the game, yet so effective in a lot of cases for his near immortality with Ult. In the higher leagues he’s a monster with a team that can provide follow up, because he can just ignore turrets and go for the dive like it’s nothing. The recommendation is to play him with a duo, then he shines a lot. A good Alistar will hit his combo every time and make opponents waste their summoner spells, leaving them without tools to escape by the time your CD resets.
