LoL PBE Changes for Patch 13.1
In a tweet made by Riot Phroxzon in December 12th he explicitly talk about some of the changes for early next year. Although Jak’Sho changes are already in live servers, the one that got pushed to next year it’s RoA improvements, including changes to Catalyst of Aeon and Abyssal Mask.
Some additional things that need more time and are coming (hopefully) early next year.
– ROA Satisfaction
– Making Jak'Sho neutral on tanks and weaker on fighters (esp 2nd, fine 3rd or 2nd if snowball)
– Seraph's changes
– Radiant broadening (strong on some users, but narrow)— Matt Leung-Harrison (@RiotPhroxzon) December 13, 2022
Without further ado let’s jump into the changes.
Rod of Age Changes
– Base health increased from 300 to 400
– Damage to mana reduced from 8% to 7%
– Mana to healing increased from 20% to 25%
– Max healing per cast increased from 15 to 20
– Bonus MS increased from 25% to 35%
– Bonus MS duration increased from 2 seconds to 3
– MS threshold reduced from 250 to 200
Catalyst of Aeons changes:
– Damage to mana reduced from 8% to 7%
– Mana to healing increased from 20% to 25%
– Max healing per cast increased from 15 to 20

Abyssal Mask changes:
– Damage to mana reduced from 8% to 7%
– Mana to healing increased from 20% to 25%
– Max healing per cast increased from 15 to 20
Although these changes are a good step forward, there’s probably going to be needed a little more for RoA being considered as a favorite Mythic item. Yet, we won’t never know until it hits live servers, time will tell if this end up being broken, or another bummer for players that love the item.

Jax Mid-Scope Update
In a earlier post, Riot revealed that Jax would get a mid scope update, although small. And apparently it’s already on PBE live servers. R
Regards the new changes for Jax, there are no major update besides the new ultimate active, and maybe the change toE maximum health damage, still there are proof in videos of Jax causing chaos in PBE games.
