- Mountain Drake Buff: 6% Armor/MR > 9% Armor/MR
- Ocean Drake Buff: 2% missing health per 5s > 3% missing health per 5s

Item Changes
Champions aren’t the only ones receiving healing nerfs, some items are also being adjusted. This will definitely make enchanters a lot weaker in the support role.

New Star Guardian Skins
Star Guardian skins will be given to a total of six champions. The Taliyah skin was previously made public by Riot to announce that all proceeds from this skin will be donated to the Riot Games Social Impact Fund. However, the splash artwork for the other skins was all completely new. 6 Champions will have Star Guardian skins including Akali, Quinn, Rell, Taliyah, Syndra, and Morgana.
