Everybody loves having a few skins in their inventory. Skins are a great way to customize your weapons based on colours, designs, effects and many more.
Although Skins do not provide any advantage in gameplay, players love purchasing them.
Ever purchased a skin by mistake? Or didn’t you like the skin after you bought it? Do not worry; Riot Games has the option to refund the skins. However, remember that you cannot refund every purchase made in Valorant. Keep reading to know which items are refundable and which are not.

Items/Skins you cannot Refund.
- Used Weapon Skins
- Upgraded Weapon Skins
- Used In-Game Content (Gun Buddies, Player Cards, etc.)
- Character Contract Levels
- Weapon Skin Levels
- Weapon Skin Bundles
- Premium Battle Passes
- Premium Battle Pass Levels
- Radianite Points
Refunding Valorant Points
In-game content and Valorant Points purchased within the last 14 days and unused will be eligible for a refund.
Refunding Valorant Skins
Only base-level skins and skins purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund.
Skins not upgraded using Radianite Points can be refunded; once you upgrade a Skin (for example, VFX, Finisher etc.), that skin no longer qualifies for a refund.

Steps to refund skins on Valorant
Visit Riot Support
Sign in with your Riot Account
Scroll down and click on “GET MY ORDER HISTORY.”
Items and Skins eligible for Refund will be shown here; click on the Refund under “Claim a Refund” to reverse your purchase.
If you cannot follow the steps mentioned above, you can always click on Submit a Request to get help from Riot Support; you can refund your skins here.
COMPLETED BUNDLE REFUND POLICY
Suppose you decide to purchase items that are part of a bundle individually. In that case, you’ll be given the option to complete the bundle by clicking the button highlighted in the image below.
If you complete the bundle, you can no longer receive a refund on those purchased items, as bundles are non-refundable.
