2. Information We Collect
When you use our Services, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information You Voluntarily Provide Us
In order to sign up for the Service, you must create an Account which requires you to provide us with various information that is, or may be, considered personally identifiable information.
To create an account to access the Service, you will be required to provide us with information such as your full name, your email address, LoL summoner name and the region that your LoL account is connected.
We use this information for the purpose of providing you with the core aspects of the Service and to provide you with information and updates about the Service.
Information We Collect From Third-Party Services
When you use the Services, we need to collect the data about your game performance, such as the latest match details, stats, etc. from the game publishers APIs. To do this, we use your LoL summoner name that you have provided to us during the registration process.
Other Anonymous Data We Collect
In addition to the information that you provide to us, SenpAI may, now or in the future automatically collect information through the Service such as your IP address, geolocation, browser type, language, operating system, and information about how you use and interact with the Service and other similar activities in order to better understand our users and how they use the Service, and to improve the Service.
Other Anonymous Data We Collect
We Do Not Track Signals
We do not track you or collect your information across third-party websites or online services. Thus, we do not receive Do-Not-Track signals, or other similar signals. To the extent that we do receive any such signals, we will not comply with them as it is not an aspect of the functionality of our Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Provide and Maintain The Services
We use the information we collect to deliver the Services (for the performance of the Terms). For example, we need to use your information to calculate your performance and provide you with your SenpAI Performance Index (SPI), personalized advice, display your recent activity, and other trends and to give you customer support.
Improve, Personalize, And Develop The Services
We use the information we collect to improve and personalize the Services and to develop new ones. For example, we use the information to troubleshoot and protect against errors; perform data analysis and testing; conduct research and surveys, and develop new features and Services.
We also use your information to make inferences and show you more relevant content. For instance, based on your in-game performance we will personalize advice that you’re getting from the Service.
Communicate With You
We use your information when it is required to send you Service notifications and respond to you when you contact us. We also use your information to promote new features or products that we think you would be interested in. You can control marketing communications and most Service notifications by using your notification preferences in account settings or via the “Unsubscribe” link in an email.
Promote Safety And Security
We use the information we collect to promote the safety and security of the Services, our users, and other parties. For example, we may use the information to authenticate users, facilitate secure payments, protect against fraud and abuse, respond to a legal request or claim, conduct audits, and enforce our terms and policies.
For personal data subject to the GDPR, we rely on several legal bases to process the data. These include when you have given your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using your account settings and other tools; when the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, e.g., the Terms; and our legitimate interests, such as in improving, personalizing, and developing the Services, marketing new features or products that may be of interest, and promoting safety and security as described above.
4. How We Share Your Information
First of all, we do not sell or share your personally identifiable information with advertisers. We also do not share your personally identifiable information with other third parties except to the extent that it is in furtherance of the Service, or when you choose to do so (as described below).
Information Shared By You Through The Service
You may, now or in the future, be able to choose to voluntarily share information collected through the Service. In addition, as described in this Policy, some aspects of the functionality of the Service will require us to share your personally identifiable information with third parties, including the Sellers.
Our Personnel And Vendors
To be able to effectively provide you with the Service, and to improve the functionality of the Service, we may disclose your information to our employees, contractors, agents, vendors, and other similar persons or entities, to the extent that such persons or entities have a need-to-know such information in furtherance of the Service.
Sale of Company or Assets
In the event that we sell all or substantially all of our company or its assets, including the user information collected through our Service, we may transfer your information, upon reasonable notice to you, to the acquiring company.
Other Third Parties
In addition to our practices described above, we may share your information if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law (see the section below on “Government Requests”), (2) protect and defend the rights or property of SenpAI , or (3) prevent an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical or mental injury to any person.
5. Your Rights To Access And Control Your Personal Data
We give you account settings and tools to access and control your personal data, as described below, regardless of where you live. If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (the “Designated Countries”), you have a number of legal rights with respect to your information, which your account settings and tools allow you to exercise, as outlined below subject to applicable law.
Accessing And Exporting Data
By logging into your account, you can access much of your personal information. You can request access to a copy (including a “portable” copy) of the personal data that we have collected by sending your request to email@example.com
Editing And Deleting Data
Your account settings let you change and delete your personal information. For instance, you can edit or delete the profile data you provide and delete your account if you wish. If you choose to delete your account, please note that while most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to delete all of your information, like the data stored in our backup systems. This is due to the size and complexity of the systems we use to store data. We may also preserve data for legal reasons or to prevent harm, including as described in the “How We Share Your Information” section.
Objecting To Data Use
We give you account settings and tools to control our data use. For example, through your privacy settings, you can disable the notifications you receive from us.
Restricting Or Limiting Data Use
In addition to the various controls that we offer, if you reside in a Designated Country, you can seek to restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances. Please note that you can always delete your account at any time.
Lodging A Complaint
If you are located in one of the Designated Countries, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.

If you would like to access your personal information in order to correct, amend, or delete any such information that is inaccurate, you may do so by accessing your profile screen on the Service. If you would like to access your information or would like us to delete or modify your information, you may contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, we may also keep your information as otherwise required by law.
We use reasonable efforts to secure your information and to attempt to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you. For example, we require our personnel to sign confidentiality agreements that extend to your personal information; we review the privacy practices of new products and services that we integrate into our Service; we train our personnel on privacy issues; and we restrict access to your personal information to individuals within and outside of SenpAI who need access to such information to provide the Service.
In addition, we rely on the technical safeguards provided by the third party vendors we use to host, store, and process your information. However, you acknowledge and agree that loss, misuse, and alteration may occur despite our efforts to protect your information. We are not responsible for our users or to any third party due to any such loss, misuse, or alteration.
7. Government Requests
From time to time, we may receive requests from government agencies to obtain information about our users. In handling such government requests, we greatly value the privacy of your information. While we may be required to turn over user information at times, we will strive to require a search warrant or subpoena, to the extent that we can reasonably demand such warrant or subpoena, before we turn over information about you and we will also strive to notify users when we receive government requests about their data.
8. Third Party Services And Practices Are Beyond Our Control
Our Service may utilize numerous third-party services as part of the functionality of the Service, such as hosting services, analytics providers, communications services, and other vendors; and we may share your information with third parties to the extent explained in this Policy. We have no control over such third parties. Thus, we make no guarantees about, and assume no responsibility for the information, services, or data/privacy practices of third parties, which may differ significantly from our practices described in this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of such third parties to the extent possible, and we encourage you to use caution in deciding the information you choose to make available on the Service.
9. Our Policies For Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under the minimum legal age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Parents who believe that their child has submitted personal information to us and would like to have it deleted may contact us at email@example.com.
10. Our International Operations And Data Transfers
We operate internationally and transfer information to the United States and other countries for the purposes described in this policy. By providing SenpAI with information, you agree that the transfer, processing and storage of your information globally is necessary for the performance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, you may delete your SenpAI account as described in the “Your Rights To Access and Control Your Personal Data” section.
Please note that the countries where we operate may have privacy and data protection laws that differ from, and are potentially less protective than, the laws of your country.
