We are committed to protecting your privacy as you use our service! We created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to give you confidence as you use SenpAI.GG website located at developed by FalconAI Tecnologies, Inc. and any other related services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy covers how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our Service. The provisions of our Terms of Use apply to this Policy as well. All references to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “SenpAI” refer to FalconAI Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. All references to “you”, “your”, or “user” refers to the end-user of the Service. All capitalized terms not elsewhere defined in this Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.

2. Information We Collect
When you use our Services, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information You Voluntarily Provide Us
In order to sign up for the Service, you must create an Account which requires you to provide us with various information that is, or may be, considered personally identifiable information.
To create an account to access the Service, you will be required to provide us with information such as your full name, your email address, LoL summoner name and the region that your LoL account is connected.
We use this information for the purpose of providing you with the core aspects of the Service and to provide you with information and updates about the Service.
Information We Collect From Third-Party Services
When you use the Services, we need to collect the data about your game performance, such as the latest match details, stats, etc. from the game publishers APIs. To do this, we use your LoL summoner name that you have provided to us during the registration process.
Other Anonymous Data We Collect
In addition to the information that you provide to us, SenpAI.GG may, now or in the future automatically collect information through the Service such as your IP address, geolocation, browser type, language, operating system, and information about how you use and interact with the Service and other similar activities in order to better understand our users and how they use the Service, and to improve the Service.
Other Anonymous Data We Collect
When you use the Service, we may also use third-party services, such as Google Analytics and others, which use cookies to collect generic, anonymous information that does not identify you. We use this information to better understand how users interact with the Service and to improve your user experience while using the Service.
We Do Not Track Signals
We do not track you or collect your information across third-party websites or online services. Thus, we do not receive Do-Not-Track signals, or other similar signals. To the extent that we do receive any such signals, we will not comply with them as it is not an aspect of the functionality of our Service.

Provide and Maintain The Services
We use the information we collect to deliver the Services (for the performance of the Terms). For example, we need to use your information to calculate your performance and provide you with your SenpAI.GG Performance Index (SPI), personalized advice, display your recent activity, and other trends and to give you customer support.
Improve, Personalize, And Develop The Services
We use the information we collect to improve and personalize the Services and to develop new ones. For example, we use the information to troubleshoot and protect against errors; perform data analysis and testing; conduct research and surveys, and develop new features and Services.
We also use your information to make inferences and show you more relevant content. For instance, based on your in-game performance we will personalize advice that you’re getting from the Service.
Communicate With You
We use your information when it is required to send you Service notifications and respond to you when you contact us. We also use your information to promote new features or products that we think you would be interested in. You can control marketing communications and most Service notifications by using your notification preferences in account settings or via the “Unsubscribe” link in an email.
Promote Safety And Security
We use the information we collect to promote the safety and security of the Services, our users, and other parties. For example, we may use the information to authenticate users, facilitate secure payments, protect against fraud and abuse, respond to a legal request or claim, conduct audits, and enforce our terms and policies.

First of all, we do not sell or share your personally identifiable information with advertisers. We also do not share your personally identifiable information with other third parties except to the extent that it is in furtherance of the Service, or when you choose to do so (as described below).

5. Your Rights To Access And Control Your Personal Data
We give you account settings and tools to access and control your personal data, as described below, regardless of where you live. If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (the “Designated Countries”), you have a number of legal rights with respect to your information, which your account settings and tools allow you to exercise, as outlined below subject to applicable law.
Accessing And Exporting Data
By logging into your account, you can access much of your personal information. You can request access to a copy (including a “portable” copy) of the personal data that we have collected by sending your request to info@senpai.gg
Editing And Deleting Data
Your account settings let you change and delete your personal information. For instance, you can edit or delete the profile data you provide and delete your account if you wish. If you choose to delete your account, please note that while most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to delete all of your information, like the data stored in our backup systems. This is due to the size and complexity of the systems we use to store data. We may also preserve data for legal reasons or to prevent harm, including as described in the “How We Share Your Information” section.
Objecting To Data Use
We give you account settings and tools to control our data use. For example, through your privacy settings, you can disable the notifications you receive from us.
If you live in a Designated Country, in certain circumstances, you can object to our processing of your information based on our legitimate interests, including as described in the “How We Use Information” section. You have a general right to object to the use of your information for direct marketing purposes. Restricting Or Limiting Data Use
In addition to the various controls that we offer, if you reside in a Designated Country, you can seek to restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances. Please note that you can always delete your account at any time.
Lodging A Complaint
If you are located in one of the Designated Countries, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.
6. How We Store Your Information
Storage and Retention Of Your Information
We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to SenpAI.GG or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. As such, we will not be liable for any loss or damage you incur as a result of a breach of our security systems. In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of our security systems, we will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
If you would like to access your personal information in order to correct, amend, or delete any such information that is inaccurate, you may do so by accessing your profile screen on the Service. However, we may also keep your information as otherwise required by law.

We use reasonable efforts to secure your information and to attempt to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you. For example, we require our personnel to sign confidentiality agreements that extend to your personal information; we review the privacy practices of new products and services that we integrate into our Service; we train our personnel on privacy issues; and we restrict access to your personal information to individuals within and outside of SenpAI.GG who need access to such information to provide the Service.
In addition, we rely on the technical safeguards provided by the third party vendors we use to host, store, and process your information. However, you acknowledge and agree that loss, misuse, and alteration may occur despite our efforts to protect your information. We are not responsible for our users or to any third party due to any such loss, misuse, or alteration.

From time to time, we may receive requests from government agencies to obtain information about our users. In handling such government requests, we greatly value the privacy of your information. While we may be required to turn over user information at times, we will strive to require a search warrant or subpoena, to the extent that we can reasonably demand such warrant or subpoena, before we turn over information about you and we will also strive to notify users when we receive government requests about their data.

Our Service may utilize numerous third-party services as part of the functionality of the Service, such as hosting services, analytics providers, communications services, and other vendors; and we may share your information with third parties to the extent explained in this Policy. Thus, we make no guarantees about, and assume no responsibility for the information, services, or data/privacy practices of third parties, which may differ significantly from our practices described in this Policy. 9. Our Policies For Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under the minimum legal age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. 10. Our International Operations And Data Transfers
We operate internationally and transfer information to the United States and other countries for the purposes described in this policy. By providing SenpAI.GG with information, you agree that the transfer, processing and storage of your information globally is necessary for the performance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, you may delete your SenpAI.GG account as described in the “Your Rights To Access and Control Your Personal Data” section.
Please note that the countries where we operate may have privacy and data protection laws that differ from, and are potentially less protective than, the laws of your country.
11. Changes To This Policy
SenpAI.GG reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time, with or without notice to you. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the “last updated” indicated above. If you continue to use the Service after the Effective Date, you consent to the new Policy. SenpAI.GG will always have the latest Policy posted on the Service.
12. California Privacy Statement
The following provision applies to users in the State of California. We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes, then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personally identifiable information. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you with the Service and may retain your information in anonymized form perpetually for the purpose of improving the Service. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. As explained in this Policy, we share your personally identifiable information in order to provide and improve our Services.
